Here I will describe the means used in shifting through parallel universes.

As I explained earlier elsewhere, we all move freely and naturally between adjacent worlds throughout our lives.

Each of these worlds are known as registers.

These registers are so close to each other that any changes are tiny and spread across the globe (and beyond, which doesn’t practically concern us.)

It is only after many years that a person may notice something they’ve always known as one way is now different. Because there are no other rational explanations, most people assume they’ve been mistaken all those years.

The Shift Engine I designed allows for travel across hundreds or thousands of registers at a time and allows the operator some control in choosing a rough destination.

After making repairs to my damaged unit, I will provide photographs but must consider the dangers of releasing schematics and design details.
